  • Project Description

Ever since the pandemic started, small businesses have increasingly relied on e-commerce to stay afloat. This necessity has forced them spending an extra-ordinary amount of money to set up e-commerce channels, hiring consultants and running expensive and inefficient ad campaigns. Study by JungleScout says that only 16% of new sellers on Amazon become profitable within the first 2 years. This is because of highly expensive ad campaigns which require tremendous amount of manpower, knowledge and expertise to run efficiently. This is where Xena Intelligence comes as a Godsend to Amazon sellers. At its core, Xena Intelligence is an algorithmic engine which optimizes pay-per-click ad campaigns by continuously ingesting keyword & sales data from various sources and automates decision making process, thereby making the ad campaigns highly adaptable to the ever-changing e-commerce landscape. Xena has reduced more than 40% of ad spend on an average for our clients. I truly believe Xena’s algorithm has the potential to revolutionize the world of e-commerce and enable millions of small business owners to thrive in an extremely competitive and dynamic environment.

  • Why is the timing right for your idea?

The timing is right since small businesses have suffered tremendously since last year due to store closures and a reduction in brick and mortar sales. E-commerce is right now their only way to survive and Xena helps them do that efficiently.

  • What is your competitive advantage?

No other software that works within Amazon's marketplace infrastructure does automation, which is the key in succeeding in an e-commerce marketplace. The other solutions in the market only help in visualization tools, not solving the actual problem of inefficiencies within the system.

  • What will you do with $10,000?

We will be putting those funds into hiring more experience developers to make Xena more scalable and efficient.
